Returns Policy

We want you to be proud wearing The National Jewelry of Texas. We are happy to say that we have NEVER had a design returned.  But if for any reason you need to return an item, please do so within a couple of weeks of delivery for a full refund - no questions asked.   If we can correct something before returning please contact us via our contact page.


You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2 to 5 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

Texans live all over the world.  We ship free to any address in the United States to any US Post Office. To secure the shipment of items and make sure they actually get to the owner, we ship items to the nearest US Post Office were it is held for pick-up by the owner.  This is the least expensive and most secure way to ensure the delivery of expensive items.  Any other form of shipment, charges are incurred and will be added on a per needed basis.   If you are a displaced Texan we can ship to virtually any address in the world.  International shipping charges are expensive and vary depending on destination.  Please contact us via our contact page.
